Component Cutting And Preparation
After the design and planning of the client's shutters to custom fit their exact requirements, the component material is then selected and accurately cut to the required lengths and shapes. The cutting of the material is carried out on machines under computer control.

Drilling Processes
The process of drilling the required holes in the prepared shutter components is an exacting process carried out on our computer controlled drilling jig. This jig is set up in such a way that several components can be drilled at the same time and to exacting tolerances. Accuracy at this stage is essential if the parts are to fit correctly without twisting or distorting.

Shutter Assembly and Hinge Fitment
Fitting of the component parts to the shutters is a process that requires expert care from all of those involved. Damage due to negligence at this point can undo all the work previously done. The final process is to fit the hinges to the shutters.

Final Quality Control
Even though there are stringent quality control measures in place during the entire production process there is a final overall check of the shutters. This is to ensure that they conform exactly to the client's order and, are free from any manufacturing defects.

Packaging Of The Completed Shutters
All shutters being prepared for transport to the client are packed in such a way as to ensure against damage during transit (this does not mean that the carrier can treat them roughly). Proper packaging and protective materials are used to avoid any contact damage that could occur during transport.
